Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information RockVet PLLC ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use this website and how we use it. We provide relief veterinary services to veterinary clinics in Texas, and this website exists primarily so clinics can learn about and request our coverage.

Information we collect

  • Information you submit through the contact form: clinic name, your name, email address, phone number, city or service area, requested coverage dates, and the message you write.
  • Basic technical data your browser provides automatically when visiting the site, such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed. This is used for security, abuse prevention, and understanding how the site is used.

How we use information

  • To respond to coverage requests and other inquiries.
  • To schedule, document, and invoice professional services.
  • To keep records of communications with clinics.
  • To protect the website against abuse and to comply with applicable laws.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising or marketing purposes. We do, however, rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to operate this website and run the business. These providers process information only on our behalf and only to perform their service:

  • Lovable — hosts and serves this website.
  • Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — stores contact form submissions in our database.
  • Cloudflare — provides the network and security layer that delivers this website to your browser. Cloudflare automatically sees basic technical data (such as IP address) for every visitor.
  • Stripe — when invoices are paid online, Stripe processes the payment. We do not see or store full card numbers ourselves.

We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the cookies and similar technologies necessary to make the website function and to keep it secure. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add general analytics in the future, this policy will be updated to describe what is collected.

Data retention

We retain inquiry information only as long as needed to respond, schedule services, maintain reasonable business records, and meet legal or tax requirements.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to:

  • Confirm whether we are processing personal information about you.
  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Request that we delete personal information we hold about you.
  • Obtain a portable copy of personal information you provided to us.
  • Opt out of the "sale" of personal information or its use for targeted advertising. For clarity: we do not sell personal information and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

To exercise any of these rights, submit a request through the contact form and tell us what you'd like us to do. We will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally within 45 days). If we deny your request, you have the right to appeal that decision by replying to our response, and we will review the appeal within the time required by law.

Children

This website is intended for veterinary clinics and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change.
