Service, Refund, Cancellation & Dispute Policy

RockVet PLLC provides professional relief veterinary services to veterinary clinics in Texas. We do not sell physical products. All medications, supplies, and surgical materials used during a covered day belong to and are billed by the contracting clinic.

Services are billed at a flat per-day service fee, agreed in writing with the clinic before the date is booked. Travel terms, if any, are confirmed in advance.

• Cancellations 7 or more days before the booked date: any deposit paid is refunded in full.
• Cancellations 3–6 days before the booked date: 50% of the agreed per-day service fee may be retained to cover reserved capacity.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the booked date: the full agreed per-day service fee may be retained.
• If RockVet PLLC must cancel a confirmed date due to illness or emergency, any deposit or prepayment is refunded in full and we will assist in identifying alternative options where possible.

Because services are professional in nature and delivered in person, fees for completed service days are generally non-refundable. If you believe a service day was not delivered as agreed, contact us within 7 days using the contact form. We will review the matter in good faith and, where appropriate, issue a partial or full refund of the per-day service fee.

We aim to resolve any concerns directly and promptly. Please contact us first so we can understand the issue and propose a resolution. If a payment dispute is filed with a card network or processor, we will respond with the booking record, written confirmation of services, and any related correspondence.

RockVet PLLC does not sell physical goods. There is therefore no return policy or shipping policy. Medications and products dispensed during a covered day are property of the clinic and follow that clinic's policies.

Services are provided only at licensed veterinary facilities located in the State of Texas where RockVet PLLC is authorized to practice. We do not provide veterinary care directly to consumers and do not ship anything internationally.

Any promotional pricing or referral credits will be described in writing at the time they are offered, including eligibility, value, and expiration. In the absence of a written promotion, standard per-day rates apply.
